Nicole Richie has had a variety of different pirecings over the years.
On her right ear, Nicole has five lobe piercings. (On this photo, you can see a mark from her old tragus piercing).
On her left ear, she has four lobe piercings and one helix/cartilage piercing.
The first photo shows the tragus piercing, and the second shows all four lobe piercings with earrings in.
Nicole used to have her nose and her left nipple pierced.
Piercing Trivia:
Nicole also had her belly button pierced: “When I was 15 I got my belly button pierced and it was a big deal, and now I have this scar there that I feel worse about than my tattoos.”
