Nicole Richie and Joel Madden buy home in Beverly Crest

LA Times wrote an article about Nicole Richie and Joel Madden buying a house in the Beverly Crest area of Los Angeles.
Fashion designer Nicole Richie and musician Joel Madden have bought a home in the Beverly Crest area for $6.7 million.
They made the deal outside the Multiple Listing Service, but public records confirm their purchase and ownership as reported by Variety.
Set on a half-acre behind ivy-covered walls and tall hedges, the contemporary home was built in 1957 and contains four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 5,515 square feet of living space, according to tax records. There’s a two-car attached garage and a swimming pool.
The property, which was once owned by actor Jack Nicholson, sold in 1999 for $1.75 million. Nicholson sold the house in 1991 for $1.925 million.

Kelly Oxford has shared a photo on Instagram, featuring Nicole Richie and Simone Harouche, which indicates that season 2 of VH1’s #CandidlyNicole has begun filming. This season will air sometime in the summer.

Nicole Richie will host FIT’s annual Future of Fashion runway show

Nicole Richie is set to host the Fashion Institute of Technology’s year-end runway show, Future of Fashion. The annual event will take place in New York on April 30th at at 7pm. About her participation, Richie released the following statement,
“From an early age, I was fascinated with creating my own, unique look. Staying true to yourself and not letting others influence you is very important. The Future of Fashion runway offers these emerging designers a unique opportunity to get their designs in front of influential members of the industry at the beginning of their careers. To witness their creations come to life on the runway [with them] will be truly inspirational!”
