Nicole Richie attends the 2019 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (April 27)

This weekend, Nicole Richie attended the 2019 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana. She showed off her impressive dance moves, oyster breakfast and also watched Katy Perry perform.

She also attended last year when her father Lionel Richie performed.
