Nicole Richie recently attended a fundraising event called ‘Up Close with Dr. Jane Goodall and Friends’ at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. The event honoured Primatologist Jane Goodall, who is considered to be the world’s foremost expert on chimpanzees after spending the past 55 years studying them.

Having the opportunity to be a witness to the wisdom and brilliance that is Jane Goodall was one of the highlights of my life. She has been an inspiration to me my whole life. My daughter has read 5 books on her. She spends 300 days a year traveling and speaking to people about conserving our natural world. "When nature suffers we suffer. When nature flourishes, we flourish" Thank you Jane Goodall for your endless dedication to our beloved animals and our Mother Earth ♥️🌏🐵🙌🏾
