Nicole Richie attends Troublemaker by Urban Decay launch party (September 19)

On September 19th, Nicole Richie attended a launch party held by Urban Decay celebrating Nicole as new brand ambassador, representing the “Troublemaker” mascara, as well as introducing new products. Nicole wore two outfits at the event, and was styled by Jamie Mizrahi in Frame, Derek Lam and Jimmy Choo.
