Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted leaving a private dinner party on February 7th in West Hollywood, California. The event was in honour of Eric Garcetti, the mayor of Los Angeles, who Nicole is in full support of. The election to vote for him again is on March 7th. Find more info here.
