On December 28th, Nicole Richie, Joel and their children flew out of Los Angeles to celebrate the new year elsewhere. Nicole and Joel shared a few posts on Instagram of their time away and wishing everyone else a Happy New Year! On January 2nd, they were spotted at LAX as they arrived back in Los Angeles.
