Nicole Richie has been spotted out by the paparazzi over the past week. On March 18th, she went for lunch at Hugo’s Cafe with friend and stylist Jamie Schneider. The following day she was spotted at a mall with her daughter Harlow, and on March 20th, Nicole was spotted again with Harlow as they headed to a birthday party.
