No matter what, because I have a family [husband Joel Madden and kids Harlow, 7, and Sparrow, 5], my days start super early. Now that I have short hair, it only takes me about an hour to get ready, but I block out two hours because I have kids. So I’ll do 10 minutes in the chair, get up, go make breakfast, then sit back down, get up again … Moms know what I’m talking about.
