On Tuesday, March 10th, Nicole Richie was spotted checking out a property in California with a male companion. The Daily Mail suggests Nicole and her husband Joel may be looking to buy a bigger house to accommodate their two children, pets and the many celebrity friends they share between them. Not to mention, Nicole has chickens and grows her own veg!
