Nicole Richie attended the Dubai Shopping Festival this weekend to promote House of Harlow 1960. Whilst there she sported a number of interesting outfits, including some silver Dior pants, a dress she wore on Fashion Star and traditional Middle Eastern hijab/abaya also from Dior.
