Nicole Richie shared the photo below with the following message on Facebook to remind everyone that she will attending the Dubai Shopping Festival in order to promote her fashion line House of Harlow 1960. The festival takes place from January 20th to February 1st, and Nicole will be there somewhere between January 29th and 31st.
