Hollywoodlife.com reveals “No Rules by Nicole Richie will be available in March for $45 at retailers nationwide”, and the Nicole Richie Fragrances Facebook says “The newest fragrance […] is out now.”

A bohemian, addictive fragrance with exotic notes of sun-kissed elderberry, sweet Turkish almond blossom and juicy kumquat.

I personally cannot find this fragrance available for purchase anywhere at this moment in time, but I’m sure it will be out later this month.
