This Facebook page has been up for a while and has been ran by who I believe to be her management, but now I guess that Nicole is getting more involved.
Earlier today, she tweeted saying:

I have a face and I have books so I might as well have a Facebook http://ow.ly/4oYXl

A video was also uploaded of Nicole introducing her Facebook page and saying that she is currently on set to film a new video for House of Harlow 1960. She says that they’ll be posting photos and videos throughout the day. How exciting!
