If you think the crew working on Nicole Richie’s upcoming wedding will spill any details about the Beverly Hills ceremony, think again.

Crews from Rene’s Van and Storage and Revelry Event Designers have been seen bringing equipment and furniture to the home of Nicole’s dad, Lionel Richie … and all of them have been sworn to secrecy.

An employee of Rene’s tells X17online exclusively:

“Our hands are tied on this one. We signed a very strict confidentiality agreement. When a contract is drawn up, we’re bound by that and if we talk, it could cost us a lot more than our job.”

As for the vibe of the wedding, sources close to the couple tell us exclusively that Nicole and Joel have requested rental furniture from Revelry Event Designers with a “vintage and earthy” vibe. Also on the list of rentals … “lots of wood pieces and leather.” The wood tables that have been chosen for the event will cost an estimated $700 per piece to rent.

Yesterday, Benji Madden was asked by x17 photographers if he is “ready” for Nicole Richie and his brother, Joel Madden’s, wedding. The paparazzi just don’t quit do they?

“Nicole is going for a vintage and romantic vibe,” a source close to the couple said. “The wedding will be true to Nicole’s style. She cut down the guest list because she didn’t want a huge wedding.”

“She didn’t invite a bunch of her celeb friends. This has apparently upset a bunch of people,” the insider claimed.

The U.K’s Daily Express claims Samantha Ronson is expected to be one of the bridesmaids; meanwhile, Christina Aguilera may have to miss the party due to her promotional tour for Burlesque. Nicole’s 2-year-old daughter Harlow will be the flower girl, and Lionel will escort Nicole down the aisle. Nicole’s BFF Masha Gordon will be maid of honor. The best man? Benji Madden, of course!

Although neither Richie, 29, nor Madden, 31, have publicly confirmed this weekend’s supposed wedding, eye-witness accounts seem to confirm that something is going on this weekend. Staff at Lionel Richie’s estate were spotted unloading several moving trucks outside the mansion, and security has apparently been beefed up, with three bodyguards monitoring the property.

Nicole made a trip to NYC to be fitted for her Marchesa wedding gown. “Nicole brought her stylist Simone Harouche with her,” an insider says of her gown. “A lot of thought went into her dress – it was a huge priority for her.”
