Because starlets apparently still move magazines, the photos reportedly went for a cool $100,000 to a weekly, possibly People, after Richie’s reps played the magazines against one another to drive up the price. And the wedding’s today! Admittedly, for a number of reasons, we are interested in Nicole Richie’s wedding photos, but she had better be shoving cake into her husband’s face or something at that price.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden got married yesterday; Saturday, December 11th. They reportedly wed in front of 130 guests at Lionel Richie’s Hollywood mansion, which underwent some construction to make the event just what the couple wanted!
Among the guests, close friends Gwen Stefani, Kris Jenner, and Samantha Ronson (who was also a bridesmaid) attended. Nicole’s maid of honor was rumored to be her BFF Masha Gordon, while Joel’s best man was his twin Benji Madden.
It’s no secret that Nicole wore a custom made, $20,000 Marchesa gown, and famed jeweler Neil Lane, who also crafted Richie’s 4-carat engagement ring, designed their rings.
x17 were outside as the guests started to arrive, but the strangest guest there was surely an elephant! Yes, an elephant! Nicole and Joel are sure an entertaining couple; I wonder what it’s role was! Entertainment? Did Nicole ride on it down the aisle? Well, hopefully we’ll find out soon!
It sounds like the wedding was fantastic! All that’s left to say is congratulations to the Richie-Maddens on their big day! They deserve all of the best and I hope everything ran smoothly for them with no issues! :D

Joseph Simmons and his wife, Justine Simmons, were spotted arriving at the Richie-Madden wedding last night! Joseph is a former member of hip hop group Run–D.M.C., BUT he’s also a practising minister, known as Reverend Run. Does this mean HE married Nicole and Joel? Or was he just a guest? Hmm….

A source tells X17online exclusively that the starlet, along with Charlotte and Samantha Ronson, Sofia Rossi, Simone Harouche, Sara Gilbert and few of the other friends got together for a Sex And The City themed bash at a local hotspot. As you know, Nicole already had her big bachelorette party in Cabo this past November, but it seems like she wanted another one before she begins her life as a married gal. Maybe it was also a consolation dinner because she’s having such a hard time hawking her wedding photos? I kid, I kid.

NICOLE Richie and her fiance Joel Madden have sold the rights to their wedding pictures for at least $100,000.
According to New York Post gossip column Page Six, the couple — who will reportedly marry this weekend — were as late as yesterday “playing the weekly magazines against each other to drive up the price”.
Richie — who plans to donate the money to charity — had agreed to an OK! bid earlier in the week to make her a “cover chip” — a less important story referenced with a small photo on the front page — but then went to People to negotiate a full cover.
